School Level Cancer Awareness Programme at Chanakya Secondary School, Madhyapur Thimi

 The Nepal Cancer Survivor's Society (NeCaSS) successfully conducted a School Level Cancer Awareness Programme at Chanakya Secondary School, Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, with the active participation of more than 70 students.

The programme aimed to educate students about cancer prevention, the importance of early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and ways to support individuals and families affected by cancer. Through engaging presentations and interactive discussions, students gained valuable knowledge about reducing cancer risks and maintaining good health.

The awareness session was led by the programme facilitator, a medical doctor, and members of the NeCaSS team. Students enthusiastically participated by asking questions, sharing their thoughts, and interacting throughout the session, making the programme both educational and impactful.
